1. Information, not a binding offer

The content on this website — including product descriptions, indicative grades and typical figures — is provided for general information to professional buyers. It does not constitute a binding offer. Prices are provided on request. The binding specification and terms for any transaction are those stated in the relevant written agreement.

2. Product specifications and variation

Frankincense and myrrh are natural products, and variation between lots is inherent. Grades, sizes and any figures shown are indicative and are confirmed for the individual lot and commercial agreement, including against a pre-shipment sample and, where required, a Certificate of Analysis.

3. Certifications and documentation

Certification and compliance documents are available depending on product, origin, producer and shipment, and are evidenced by the applicable certificate for the relevant shipment. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that any given lot carries a particular certification unless it is documented for that shipment.

4. Delivery and Incoterms

Where delivery terms such as FOB, CIF or DAP are referenced, the applicable Incoterms 2020 rule and the named port or place stated in the contract govern the allocation of costs and risk.

5. Regulatory and end-use responsibility

Buyers are responsible for determining the suitability and regulatory compliance of any product for their intended use, including any cosmetic, food, medicinal or other regulated application in their market. Information on this site is not medical, regulatory or legal advice.

6. Intellectual property

The text, images, illustrations and design of this website are owned by Horn Resins or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
